There’s nothing quite like a Palestinian wedding — vibrant, joyful, and full of energy. Emily and Bilal’s celebration in Laguna Niguel was exactly that. From the moment the music began, the night was alive with tradition, family, and love. Guests filled the dance floor, dabke lines formed, and the atmosphere carried a contagious joy that never slowed down.

I captured their day entirely on film (film photography, & Super 8 video), which gave every frame a timeless, nostalgic quality — from the laughter of family to the late-night dancing under California skies. It was a celebration overflowing with heart, and I feel so lucky to have documented it all.
